The best way to gain weight quickly in football?

I am 13 years old in eighth grade and went to high school next year which is known to be a soccer powerhouse program that has suffered much, despite being a school in the north. I convinced my parents to let me try out for the team freshmen, but I have a problem. My parents never let me play Pop Warner for what reason, and so I have limited experience. Several years ago, playing soccer American and often play ball and shoot targets. My problem is the camp begins in just about 110 days, and I am the light for my age and the need to gain weight. Based on my skills I will probably play QB or WR on offense and linebacker or safety on defense. However, I really need to know how to put on weight quickly. I feel like adding 20 pounds would be good. I recently started lifting weights and running a lot, so I have room to increase muscle weight. What would be a good amount of time practicing every day and eat a good amount to put on 20 pounds in 110 days?
