NAA Guardian 380 is still illegal in California? or is it?
North American Arms dealer states that this weapon is "No longer available in California "But http://www.naaminis.com/380.html I found a website that is selling these weapons as" California Legal "http://www.ableammo.com/catalog/product_info.php ? products_id = 83 402 Is it because some of these guardians NAA have internal security … is that what makes CA legal? I thought it was the Justice Department because of the size approved gun?
You're right on both counts, more or less. I explained that LEO was approved only because of the length of the barrel in semi-auto. They make the tutor with a security that can be marketed in California. I do not know of a good ultra small, semi-auto that is CA legal. I can say that though I am a big fan of the NAA, the guardian is not one of my favorites. Its too heavy for its size. Micro desert eagle or Sig P238 or P380 Kahr are better choices. Of course, I do not think any CA is legal, the Sig might be over time.
